NEW from multi-gold award winning Genuine DermarollerTM, eDSTM Skin Rejuvenation with the eDermastamp® is a fractional micro-needling device with a unique spring-loaded disposable single-use needle tip that uses an automated, vibrating stamp-like motion. The electronic device enables trained practitioners to provide a more intensive, controllable and comfortable medical skin-needling procedure.
Manufactured in Germany with state-of-the-art design and quality, eDermastamp® is compact and low in noise and vibration. Six, fine precision, medical-grade, stainless steel sterile single-use micro-needles cause minimal tissue trauma due to low levels of invasive penetration. New collagen is easily formed through eDermastamp®’s gentle stimulation of skin cells. Repeated treatments improve thickness and transparency of the epidermis, reducing wrinkles and fine lines for a more youthful look.
The multiple needles of the eDermastamp® vertically stamp the epidermis penetrating all skin types, textures and pigments without the risk of bending or breaking. Easily maneuvered around all delicate facial contours and features, the automated needling motion minimizes pain and discomfort. Increased efficacy is assured through the patented eDermastamp® Driver ReservoirTM. The patented and unique reservoir provides a trans-dermal delivery system for topical Dermaroller® serums. The eDermastamp® promotes scar less healing and natural collagen reproduction, similar to fractional laser treatments, IPL, laser resurfacing, and chemical peels but has a significantly shorter recovery period. eDermastamp® offers exceptional results, is easy to use and has better precision and control than leading alternatives, all at a fraction of the cost. How the eDermastamp® delivers such impressive results is a matter of skin physiology. The mechanism of operation is a product of your skin’s natural healing process.
There are 4 major phases of physiological wound response created by the eDermastamp® that help stimulate new healthy tissue growth.

1. In the first 1 – 3 days, the initial inflammatory response promotes chemotaxis and proliferation of fibroblasts. The body’s platelets also respond to initiate a wound-healing matrix. This response is the early phase of cell migration to remove debris and bacteria and stimulate the next proliferative phase.
2. During the second phase (3 – 5 days), the new fibroblasts, monocytes and keratinocytes continue to proliferate and multiply. New collagen will be laid down and deposited with new tissue formation.
3. Next a fibrotic response (5 – 20 days) of growth factors are released and fibroblasts release collagen.
4. Finally, the maturation stage of new healthy skin takes place from day 28 to two years after treatment. Collagens mature and stiffen and the matrix of new tissue shows 80% to full tensile strength.

The eDermastamp® medical device can significantly improve the appearance of; acne and surgical scars, sun damaged and aging skin, facial and décolleté lines and wrinkles. Suitable for all skin types and with minimal downtime following treatment, eDermastamp® is ideal for patients in need of skin rejuvenation and scar repair. The number of treatments needed will vary depending on the skin complaint being addressed, however eDermastamp® would normally consist of three procedures with approximately 4 weeks between them.
