Shipping

Shipping Time:

• Shipments within Canada require 4 to 8 business days to deliver, from the receipt of your order for products.
• Shipments to USA and other international destinations require 1-2 weeks to deliver, from the receipt of your order for products.

Shipping rates Within Canada:

• Orders below $250 will receive standard shipping charge of $15.00.
• Free shipping on orders $250 and more (after applicable discount and excluding taxes). 
• All orders will be shipped via Canada Post.

Shipping rates to United States only:

• Orders below $250 will receive standard shipping charge of $20.00.
• Orders below $250 will receive standard shipping charge of $30.00.
• All orders will be shipped via UPS.

Shipping to International destinations (excluding USA):

• Please contact us at info@hwmedicalspa.com for shipping products to your preferred global destination. We will do our best to meet your needs. 

Undeliverable Shipments:

• Orders that are returned to us by shipping carrier as "undeliverable" will not be reshipped until additional shipping charges are paid. Accuracy of address is buyers responsibility. 
• Shipment will be processed as a return and a charge of equivalent to the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund. 

 

All orders are shipped from our Medical Spa located in Burlington, Canada.
