Ultimage is a gel, not a cream. Sodium hyaluronate at two molecular weights and a glycosaminoglycan complex draw water into the upper layers, while acetyl hexapeptide-8 works on the muscle-signalling side of expression lines. It absorbs in seconds and leaves no film.
