Skin is cleansed and the selected peel applied by your provider. You may feel mild tingling during application — a sign of active exfoliation. The peel is neutralized, removed, and followed by soothing products and SPF. Sessions take 30–45 minutes. Light flaking may occur over 2–5 days.

At medical-grade concentrations, chemical peels deliver results no retail product can match. Whether you're targeting congestion, dullness, fine lines, sun damage, or uneven tone, there's a formulation for your skin. Results compound with regular treatments.

Most skin types. Vivier suits Fitzpatrick I–IV. Salicylic acid is ideal for oily or acne-prone skin. Glycolic is excellent for dullness, fine lines, and texture. Your provider selects the right formulation at consultation. Not recommended during pregnancy or for active skin infections.

How many sessions will I need for best results?

One peel delivers noticeable results. For meaningful improvement in pigmentation or acne, a series of 3–6 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart is recommended. Maintenance every 2–3 months keeps skin optimal.

Can I combine this with other treatments or products?

Pairs well with dermaplaning beforehand for deeper, more even penetration. Medical-grade homecare extends results between visits. Avoid combining with other active treatments in the same session without provider guidance.

Are there any side effects or things I should avoid?

Light peeling or flaking 2–5 days post-treatment is normal — a sign of active renewal. Avoid sun, harsh exfoliants, and retinoids during recovery. Daily SPF is non-negotiable. Do not pick or peel skin manually.
