Thank you for shopping at HERITAGE WAY MEDICAL SPA. This section contains the terms and conditions governing the use of www.hwmedicalspa.com (hereinafter the "Website"). When you access or use the Website, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein contained and agree to comply with them as well as all the applicable laws. Do not use this Website if you do not agree with the terms and conditions.
PRIVACY POLICY
A Privacy Policy that applies to the collection, use, disclosure, and other usage of personal information is available at www.hwmedicalspa.This Privacy Policy governs your visit to hwmedicalspa.com and forms part of these terms and conditions, in order to understand our practices.
MY ACCOUNT
Once you have registered with HERITAGE WAY MEDICAL SPA, you have opted in to receive electronic communication from us except in Canada where you need to authorize the reception of electronic communications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and your password. If activities occur under your account or password, you will accept responsibility for all these activities. You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized activities in your account. HERITAGE WAY MEDICAL SPA reserves the right to revoke your membership for any reason at any time, without notice.
PURCHASES
HERITAGE WAY MEDICAL SPA may, in its sole discretion, choose not to process or to cancel your order in specific circumstances such as “out of stock” or mispriced items.
The buyer agrees that all purchases are for personal use and will not be resold to other persons for any reason whatsoever.
By submitting an order, the buyer is bound to these terms and conditions.

FREE SAMPLES
A selection of samples will be added to any order of $75 or more. The samples will be randomly selected according to the order.
PRICING
All prices shown are in Canadian dollars.
All prices shown on the Website are exclusive of applicable sales taxes and freight costs. All prices shown on the Website include duties.
PAYMENT
Payment is made by credit card. HERITAGE WAY MEDICAL SPA will charge the member’s credit card upon acceptance of the order and issuance of the order confirmation. All transactions will be processes through Shopify.
DELIVERY
Orders are delivered within 4 to 8 business days from the receipt of your order for products.
Free shipping on orders of $150 and more (after applicable discount and excluding taxes). All orders will be shipped via Canada Post.
A tracking number for your order will be sent to you in a confirmation email after your order has been shipped.
All orders are shipped from our Medical Spa located in Burlington, Canada.
Orders that are returned to us by shipping carrier will not be reshipped. It will be processed as a return and a charge of equivalent to the cost of delivery will be deducted from the return. We suggest that you take this into consideration when choosing your shipping address for an order.
Due to high demand and statutory holidays, delivery times may be delayed.
SALES TAXES
For all orders HERITAGE WAY MEDICAL SPA will add the Federal Sales Tax and the relevant Provincial Sales Tax to the order.
RETURNS
All products purchased from HERITAGE WAY MEDICAL SPA are considered FINAL SALE. They are non-returnable and non refundable.
In the case of any missing items or products damaged during delivery, you must notify HERITAGE WAY MEDICAL SPA, in writing, within 15 business days of delivery at info@hwmedicalspa.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. If the buyer fails to do so within this time, the products are deemed to be delivered in good condition and the order complete.
PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY
We guarantee that all products sold on HERITAGE WAY MEDICAL SPA are authentic.
WARRANTY
The only express warranties that apply to the products are those issued by the manufacturer. Such warranties, if applicable, are exclusive and to the maximum extent permitted by law. HERITAGE WAY MEDICAL SPA excludes all other warranties, representations, guarantees, or conditions of any kind, including any statutory, oral, written, express, or implied.
TERMINATION
HERITAGE WAY MEDICAL SPA may suspend or terminate your use of the Website, at its sole and absolute discretion, without notice to you. HERITAGE WAY MEDICAL SPA shall not be liable to you or to any person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are unsatisfied with any of these terms and conditions, please discontinue using this Website.
HERITAGE WAY MEDICAL SPA reserves the right to modify its conditions of use at any time and changes will be effective immediately upon their upload to the Website.
